Cebu Westown Lagoon

Cebu Westown Lagoon

Cebu Westown Lagoon is Located in North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a new resort in Mandaue City. Last Sunday, we went to the place and I find it amazing. Before we got out from the vehicle when we arrive, their staff opened the vehicle doors for us and carried the things we brought. That is a very nice service from them. Their staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They also have life guards securing everyone is safe.

Few days before we went there, we tried to reserve a cottage but unfortunately, it was already fully booked so we just took the common area. Their common area is nice too. It is located at the back of the cottages.

Behind are the cottages

Their pool is very huge and the design is Egyptian. They have 2 Pools. One for the adults and the other one for children.

 This is the children's pool

They have plenty of benches along the pool side where you relax and sun bathe.

They have artificial rocks at the center of the adult pool. There are waters falling from the rocks.

There is also a gazebo at the pool

There is a pool bar where you can order drinks or anything while enjoying the pool. The drinks are affordable.

They have a huge slide for the adults and tried their slides. At the top of the slide, there is a throne. The view there is wonderful too.

They also have a jacuzzi. The water in the jacuzzi is very warm which can relax your body.

Swimming there is very great! We had an awesome experience. We will definitely get back in this place.

They have also have rooms if you want to spend a night or two there. See the room rates below and so as the entrance fee and the cottage rates.

Boracay Island - Third Day

Boracay Island - Third Day

Boracay Island is really beautiful and there are lots of places you can explore and many activities you can do. 3 days is not enough to stay. We will surely miss the island will surely go back.

We woke up early to leave the island. Most of the stores are close early morning. We had breakfast in Andoks. It was open early morning and food there is affordable.

We had a ride to Jetty Port with a tricycle for Php20 each. It took 5 to 10 minutes for us to reach Jetty Port from D’ Talipapa in Station 2.

At Jetty Port, we had to pay the terminal fee at Php100 each and the boat fare which is Php25 each. You can also pay for V-Hire ride there for Php250 for hassle free of riding one. There were many tourists going home that day.

It took 15 minutes to reach Caticlan from Boracay Island’s Jetty Port. Outside Jetty Port Caticlan, there are V-Hires which go to Kalibo and Iloilo. We were escorted to the van. They filled the van with enough people so we were comfortable along the trip to Kalibo.

It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach Kalibo. We were dropped at Kalibo International Airport. There, we had to pay the New Terminal fee of Php100.

The airport was packed with with people. The seats were full so we just sat on the chair of a shop there to wait for our flight.

We bought pasalubongs there. There are plenty available in the airport.

After the long wait, we were able to take off to Cebu.
